I'm looking for some bukkit mods that will provide some PVE content. Creating worlds like the nether that are randomized and provide loot. I would like to customize what mobs can spawn there as well.
Any other solid PVE mods will be considered.

While I dont know any mods(theyre called plugins btw) which will make this better.
You can use multiverse:http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/multiverse-core/ multiverse-inventories: oh seems like its unstable even though I have it running in my personal server plot-me:http://www.spigotmc.org/resources/plotme-official.2131/
to create two worlds, in one people can make dungeons which then get reviewed and worldedited into a flat world which we can then play.
edit: seems the inventory thing is broken, Ill try to think of something to replace it

I've looked at multiverse, I recall that it isn't working for bukkit but i'm not 100% sure

I don't know of a particular mod, but since the entire world is non-editable unless we claim the land in it... we can't easily explore caverns (can't place torches). What about a sort of personal light source, magic based (using heroes system), or a lantern (crafted via a mod that uses vanilla materials). Even some way to use the current torches, lights the area when walking around if you have them selected on hotbar.

However I can think of atleast one way to do it.... Can't do java though.
